Whether you’re a lover or a fighter of the evening that celebrates St. Valentine’s, there are lots of exciting and quirky events happening around Bristol to keep you entertained. Grab your friends/family/new love/old flame (probably not all together) and take a gander at these opportunities to celebrate the ones you love… (or grab a bottle and hide away singing “all by myself” a la Bridget Jones. No-one is judging).
Theatre Lovers Valentine’s Day at 1766 Bar & Kitchen
Set within the gorgeous and historic Bristol Old Vic, 1766 Bar & Kitchen is inviting the romantics out there to join them for Valentine’s Day celebrations as they serve up an extra special dining package. - a glass of prosecco and nibbles on arrival
- pre-theatre three course meal from the dinner menu
- Interval sweet treats of macarons, dipped strawberries and of course another glass of prosecco!
The Theatre Lovers Valentine’s dining package is available from 13th – 16th February from 5pm and costs £45 per person (or £40 at lunch). Note: the cost does not include the price of the theatre ticket. To find out more and book your table, visit:

“In a nutshell, David Lynch does Bonnie + Clyde, but with better outfits. Part 2 of our Anti Valentine series is brought to you by Nicolas Cage and Laura Dern who serve up serious LEWKS throughout. Style, substance and sex, cheers.”
